We are currently recruiting experienced Joiners & Conservatory Installers, both individuals and teams in order to meet the high demand for our industry leading products.

If you are interested in joining the PCL team, you should have relevant experience on one or more of the following products: Conservatories, joinery windows/doors, hold a driving licence, possess your own tools.

Job Description

Our installation teams usually operate in a team of two, ideally with one being capable of plastering.

The main work involves the removal of existing conservatory roofs and replacing with a new solid roof construction, this also involves on some projects the replacement of the existing frames.

The job requires a level of joinery work skill for the internal boarding and insulation and also the team must be capable of basic lead work to the existing roof area externally.

The team are responsible for the customer and office contact and be capable of dealing with changes to the design and construction as required.

A key aspect of this role requires the ability to work in the domestic home environment where considerable effort is made to ensure the job is kept clean and tidy at the end of each day and clearing the site prior to leaving, this will also include the team cleaning down the whole job and leaving the customer with clear instructions on operating any new installed products.

The team must also follow the clear guidelines laid down in the Health & Safety Manual and the use of specific safety equipment and documentation on all projects including the specific photographic evidence of installation process to comply with building regulation requirements
